For over 20 years, he served as Branch Vice President for Coldwell Banker, managing top-tier offices including Morristown, Madison/Chatham, and Bernardsville/Basking Ridge. As a multiple-time recipient of the prestigious President’s Club award for managers and a Trustee for the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors, Scott has seen every market shift and solved every type of transaction hurdle imaginable.

Now, he brings that executive-level problem-solving ability back to The Bruen Team. Scott specializes in mitigating the stress of buying and selling by anticipating obstacles before they appear. Working alongside his wife, Debbie, and son, Ryan, Scott provides a seamless family-oriented experience backed by institutional knowledge.

A lifelong Morris County resident—primarily of Morris Township and Mendham—Scott knows the local history and community nuance intimately. When not strategizing for his clients, you can find him hiking, golfing, or enjoying the open road as an active member of the Porsche Club of North New Jersey and the Lotus Club.
